Indulge in al fresco dining on your private lanai, where the soothing sounds of the waves and cool sea breeze create an idyllic ambiance. This unique guest home is perfectly positioned at the water's edge, just one house away from easy beach access, and mere minutes from spectacular spots like Pounders Beach and Kokololio Beach, known for their fine white sands and fantastic body surfing opportunities.

Your vacation experience here is designed with relaxation at its core, offering stays of 30 days or more. The newly renovated space features one cozy bedroom equipped with a queen bed, a desk with a view, and a sofa bed to accommodate extra guests. You'll find a full bathroom, an efficiency kitchen, and a comfortable dining and living area all within the studio.

Step outside onto your oceanfront lanai for meals or simply unwind while taking in the beautiful surroundings. Every room resonates with the calming sounds of the ocean, ensuring your stay is peaceful and rejuvenating. The well-appointed kitchen/living area includes a dining table, TV, closet, refrigerator, microwave, and two stove top burners for your convenience.

Your accommodations come with a private entrance, ensuring your complete privacy throughout your stay. Please note that only one vehicle is permitted per reservation, and the property is designated for registered guests only, so we kindly ask you to respect our neighbors by not inviting additional visitors without prior consent.

There is also a separate family house, known as Sea Breeze, located in a different corner of the property, which is available for rent. If you are interested in renting both spaces together, feel free to inquire!
